* Add a class using Buff Portal or CU Boulder Class Search by 11:59 p.m. Under special circumstances, students may be allowed to add a class after open enrollment ends with permission from the ORE program. Students will need to submit a request to the ORE Program Manager at oreadmin@colorado.edu.
** Drop a class using Buff Portal or CU Boulder Class Search by 11:59 p.m. with a refund. After this date, students who drop classes in this session are required to pay 100 percent of tuition and fees (no refund), and W grades are posted to transcripts.

Each session functions as its own semester, which means that if you drop all of your classes in a given session (even if it was only one class), you have technically withdrawn from that session.
