Sarah has run small and large-scale projects for a variety of companies in the retail and hospitality industry and loves sharing the practicalities of bringing strategy to life through the planning and execution of projects. She spent eight years in the outdoor recreation industry with Vail Resorts working with a variety of stakeholders on initiatives like employees, communities, operations, and legal/ compliance entities.

She is a Principal Consultant & Client Partner at Leapgen, an industry-leading HR transformation consultancy. She is driven to ensure leaders and companies inspire their employees to find both passion and purpose in their work. She has over 15 years of expertise in transformation, strategy ideation and design, process optimization, change management, digital enablement, and program management. She has built project management offices from the ground up gaining buy-in and adoption through listening, meeting the needs of the leaders, and driving behavior change resulting in more successful, innovative, profitable, and effective programs.

She has a master's in Accountancy and a BS in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the Miami University of Ohio. She has never done a day of accounting in her professional career, instead, she started as an IT Auditor during the early days of Sarbanes-Oxley legislation and moved quickly into managing large-scale IT/ HR Projects where she found a niche to bring projects to life by managing the details through to the big ideas.

Personally, she can be found traveling, in the mountains, or cooking dinner for friends and family, and lives in Denver, CO with her son and husband and cat, Gozer.
