- CORPORATE COMMUNICATION
Meredith Zikria is the Senior Director of Internal Communications at Perdue Farms, where she leads enterprise-wide storytelling and employee engagement strategies across a values-driven, family-owned company with over a century of leadership in food and agriculture. She also serves as a Senior Instructor in the MA in Corporate Communication program at the University of Colorado’s College of Media, Communication and Information, bringing real-world experience into the classroom.
A proud CU alum (BA JOUR ’01), Meredith served as student president and was honored as the School of Journalism and Mass Communication’s Outstanding Senior in 2001. She earned her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Regis University in 2016.
For more than two decades, Meredith has led high-impact, multi-platform communications strategies—internal, external and executive—for globally recognized companies across industries ranging from technology to tourism. Prior to joining Perdue, she led global communications and culture at Amazon Web Services and founded From A To Z Communications, a consultancy focused on employee experience, organizational transformation and aligning communication strategy with what truly matters: people and purpose. That throughline has taken her across industries—from the peaks of global mountain resorts to the rapid evolution of global tech—always centering on people, culture and connection.
She lives in Maryland with her family, continuing to explore how communication can spark connection, purpose and meaningful change.
