Denny Austin is a senior consultant and educator specializing in leadership, organizational and human capital development for public, private and non-profit organizations. His experience includes team and leadership development, competency modeling, proficiency mapping, 360 assessments and coaching, as well as training needs analysis, courseware development and course delivery. Mr. Austin has worked with aspiring and emerging leaders for more than 20 years as well as with tenured managers and senior executives to develop leadership competencies in alignment with the US Office of Personnel Management ’s Executive Core Qualifications (ECQ’s). He is certified by the Center for Creative Leadership in all of their 360 assessment products and is qualified to deliver other tools including the Workplace Big 5 FIRO-b, FIRO-business, MBTI, the DISC, the Inscape “Team Dimensions” profile, the Lominger “Leadership Architect” competency model and the Phillips ROI model among others.
