Chris is a GM and leader with a track record of success in diverse environments. He has international experience across multiple industries including outdoor consumer products, technology, automotive, and financial services.
After leading a fundraising round for RovR in 2021 (a consumer products company based in Colorado), Chris came on board as CEO to help drive the company’s next stage of growth.
Prior to this role, Chris was President of BELL+GIRO, the market leader in bike, snow, and powersports helmets, and President of PEARL iZUMi, one of the cycling industry's most iconic and beloved brands. Earlier, Chris was Founder and President of the North American business for Oberalp (an Italian-based company which owns the Dynafit, Salewa, Wild Country, and Pomoca brands). In each case, he built and led industry-leading teams that drove substantial sales and profit growth during his tenure.
Chris’ diverse experience can also be highlighted by leadership roles with Russell Corporation in marketing and product development, AppliedTheory in corporate development and M&A, and Ford Motor Company in global motorsports marketing and product strategy.
Chris is also an active investor and Board Member for various companies including RareWaters, adVentures Academy, and Black Lab Sports. He earned his undergraduate degree in Finance at Villanova, and his MBA in Marketing at Duke.
