As the Program Manager, Allison provides administrative and operational support for students, faculty, and staff in the Master of Science in Organizational Leadership Program at the University of Colorado Boulder.  

Allison has over a decade of experience in higher education – including in the areas of budgeting and finance, student support, and program and curriculum development. She received a B.A. in History and a M.S. in Higher Education Administration from Texas A&M University. Allison’s favorite element of working in higher education is helping students connect to educational opportunities that will improve their lives and assisting institutions with the development of educational programs that are responsive to the changing needs of students. Also of particular interest to Allison are issues of access and equity in higher education.  

Allison is Chickasaw and grew up within the Chickasaw Nation boundaries in Oklahoma. Having grown up in hot and humid climates, Allison thoroughly enjoys the Colorado weather and loves being able to see the mountains daily.
